Representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, condos and income property in the cities of Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Tamarac, Margate, Plantation,Weston, Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Miramar, Davie, Margate, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park and South Palm Beach County area are my primary focus.
I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I am also knowledgeable of the local schools.
South Florida has been my residence for the past 54 years. I graduated from University of West Virginia with a degree in Marketing/Business Administration. I have been in real estate for over 40 years and I have a real estate broker designation and have had an appraiser designation.
I have worked with Veterans United Home Loans for about 15 years helping their active duty and retired verterans find a home here in South Florida.
Giving back is very important, so I am very active in my church, doing volunteer work , after church counselor and various other volunteer activities.
